THIS DOSN'T WORK WAST OF MY TIME I'm sorry I've tried for 5 hours now and the first [/testforblocks ~~1~ ~~1~]command it all I get is Syntax error every time EVERY TIME AND IT ANNOYING

They changed the concrete ID so you just type “yellow_Concrete” in the testforblock command
