What a beautiful service! This was great! Cathy was such a great person and musician. She and her husband Dave were always such a delight to be around and I miss their performances together still. She was a national treasure as is her husband Dave.

One of my favorite albums of all time is Ballad of the Boonslick. If I remember the name correctly. So sorry to hear of Cathy's passing. She sang like a bird. And the hammered dulcimer..... I miss it, and just thought of you both tonight..

So sad to fine out Cathy passed away. I have 2 CDs she was a part of Rebel in the woods and Johnny Whistletrigger. Seen them live at Cole Camp during a Civil War reenactment, many years ago. Out of all the musicians who sing songs about the Civil war no body could do better then Cathy, Dave, & Bob. They brought life into the way they sang them. RIP Cathy.
