P0758 2-3 shift solenoid valve control circuit fix for 2003 Escalade.
Check engine light came on and presented the P0758 code. Primary fix was to replace ignition switch assembly. It worked!!!!!

No it didn't.
Thanks bro this video helped that same code popped up on my truck and I saw this video and went and bought the piece first took it to the shop they put it in I picked it up I just told him to do it put it in nothing else I'll pick it up and so far so good..thanks again..🥂
I got a 2003 escalade rides good in 1,2 gear gets to 3rd gear and slips what you think

03 Tahoe just did the same thing driving down the road check engine like want shift did the same with scan tool same code did this fix the shift issue and the check engine light
Yes it did. Disconnect negative battery terminal before you start the work. If check engine light is on after replacing part, use the scan tool to delete it and it shouldn't come back.
You did well! Natural on camera. I've spent thousands on my vehicle on the same code, tranny shops cant figure out what's up.. 10 months I'm going to try your technique, hopefully it solves my problem, thanks for the video!!

So it wasn't the shift solenoids just replace the ignition switch? As this just happened to me this morning otw to work
So my 03 Escalade revs in when in 2nd and 3rd gear before shifting Will this fix it?
I had that code problem, was telling me shift Solenoids replaced both of those transmission filter and still was starting off in third gear found your video swapped out the ignition switch and the problem was fixed thank you very much 🙏🏻
What made you change the ignition switch for that code anytime I look up that coat it's telling me a shifter solenoid

IG switch is on the circuit from the harness to the transmission and back to computer. I'm having a problem as well my drive doesn't work out driveway but I can shift manually perfect 123D. I unplugged the harness to check for line pressure, it went in gear in drive right away so I know it has hydraulics so it's a wire issue. Will update if fixed.
