that public defender is almost dumber than the woman- Oh I know shes an addict and she beats her husband but she should be allowed to care for the kids, be given more opportunities to beat the husband, and pressure the victim to pay court fees for her crimes. It was nice to see a judge having the same reaction i did to that disgusting sexist point of view. Domestic assault- traumatizes kids- unfit mother drug charges- unfit mother violation of court orders- clear disregard for law and likely to reoffend. And nothing pisses me off more than the "Oh but i have mammary glands so im the only one who can care for the kids, so if he has things he worked for and i have nothing he needs to give it to me" routine.

Worth noting, the defendant was NOT stunned, somewhat surprised at the most. (looks like he knew he was going to prison).

This "judge" is more interested in getting bond money more so than the welfare of the kids. She never indicated where the kids are supposed to stay or live. At the same time the "judge" is adding to to homeless problem (possibly with kids) in America!

This woman could care less in what the judge is saying. When she leaves the court and is bonded she will return back to her house and be damn with the judges order. Her lawyer is not very good at his job and doing her no good. So according to this lawyer her husband, the victim, should pay to post her bond and be assaulted a third time by this woman. Yea, that makes sense.
