You need to play the objective more and switch up from dps a bit. If you played more team based roles like tank or support you will find more success. A team should have no more than 2 dps.1 healer is not enough.
So basically, every ranking up in the Zariman syndicate and the demos syndicates, there are mini pieces of lore that pop up once you rank up with them. Not all syndicates have the lore, but those 3 syndicates do. Hope this helps!
