Yes Hell got teleported into a different dimension away from earth. Ultima couldn’t afford to fight IH for longer.

He got sent to the plane of non-existence by Ultima because Slick confirmed that Ultima can’t afford to fight Godzilla IH any longer and had to make a quick decision. Godzilla In Hell found out the the wall of non-existence was breakable so Godzilla In Hell is breaking his way out. So ye Ultima sent Hell into a different dimension. It’s called Non-Existence
