Hmmm for some reason, it was a little hard to hear you in this video. But exciting news!

You’ll get better at descriptions as you go. One piece of advice: don’t focus on sight; use all the senses in your descriptions. Of course, you can’t do that with character descriptions, but what you can do is describe how it makes the narrator feel rather than just what they’re seeing. Now, if your narrator is also the main character, that gets difficult. You can compare them to other people they’re seeing (because we truly do that no matter how hard we try not to) or gradually include it (I.e my vision is flooded red as a strand of hair falls before my eyes, obscuring the [whatever] in front of me). Hope that helps.
