Hello, I'm 58 I've been smoking cigarettes sincere I was 17. I've talked to The Highest thru his son Messiah. I quit smoking cigarettes in February 2023. I've fast for 24 hrs. Today at 5:02 am on February 10-2023. Im is good. Keep talking to The Highest through his son The Messiah. Fast. I do 24 hrs. Good Luck.

This was really good and helpful to me. The enemy really tries to use whoever he can against us. I constantly remind myself that Jesus was being crucified and He still said forgive them because they don’t know what they’re doing. I’m doing my best to have that same type of love for those who rise up against me and I’m doing my best to have that same type of awareness of the enemy when he’s trying to use vessels to bring me down. God has said that the only holiday we can't celebrate is Halloween. If you want to take a leave from holidays because it's too exhausting then no big deal. I was once a Jehovah's witness and if that person who told you that may be a witness or influenced by a witness. But this fear mongering they do with the Christian church is not necessary. God himself has said the only holiday we can't celebrate is Halloween. Maybe wait for God to answer before you make your decision. But I don't think it's a big deal not to celebrate holidays but there is no spiritual reason not to celebrate the holidays. Except Halloween. 👍Be at peace. You're not committing any sin by celebrating. Again except Halloween. God bless.🌹

When I was 13 my step dad brought me to the WWE RAW house show in the o2 arena in Dublin Ireland a wrestler named John Cena threw his never give up armband out into the audience my step dad caught it and gave it to me, fast forward 3 years later I gave it to my father who was dying of cancer on his deathbed his last words to me were I love you Robert. no matter who you are you need to keep the hope alive never give up.

In my experience, the most affordable and easy steps to take are - 1) Buy several 5 gallon food grade buckets, fill them with rice, lentils, beans or pasta and seal them with a lid. Buy 10-20 pound bags of white rice and you will save in bulk. Don't get brown rice because it supposedly has an oil in it that make it spoil much faster. A 5 gallon bucket will hold about 33 pounds of rice. 2) Buy a few cases of canned black beans. You can find them for almost 50 cents a can and it is the cheapest quality protein that is already cooked. 3) Buy a case of Honey Boy Alaskan salmon in 14.75 ounce cans at super walmart. That is the cheapest quality fish on the market next to tuna and it doesn't have to be cooked and it will keep for over 4 years. If you shop wisely these things can be purchased for under $150 and you will have several months worth of food.
