Natural instinct! Just fabulous! Would you credit the male’s posture and expression? 😅👌🏻 Thankfully the babies got caring parents. I just started taking care of a baby pigeon for his mom failed to return at dusk. I waited for the Dad to appear at sunrise.. nobody showed up so had to take him/her in for feeding. I just learned tho that a baby can withstand hunger up to three days. The Dad finally appeared at 10 am when I still kept his baby. I was pretty reluctant to place him back into the nest because temps are unbearable. The baby did make it through its first critical days tho. I will try again tomorrow morning after a short feed.
