Eloquent and confident but misguided. Expository preaching is more likely to produce good results. Ask yourself, are we studying the Bible to find what we already believe is true? Or do we approach god’s God’s truth as students, hoping that he will transform our thinking? Unfortunately too many people think I have it all figured out.

So many people I know are really struggling to get into the feeling of Christmas this year (myself included). I love Jesus so much, and usually I really throw myself into Christmas. This year though, it just doesn't feel like Christmas. Do you have any suggestions?

Motivation to do the hamilton mountain stairs: 1. Its feels like you found a way to hack the universe into providing you an absolutely exceptional cardio workout while moving slowly!! All you have to do is walk one step at a time up the stairs and your heart starts beating like crazy while doing something most of us are already good at, walking. 2. You have a defined clear goal: the top and your commitment is made by going to the bottom and leaving your car at a parking spot at the top. (Tip: start at the top not the bottom) No stair machine, or any home workout equipment will give you such a clear committed goal. 3. The scenery is beautiful! All hamilton stairs going up the mountain is surrounded by nature. 4. You can give out free smiles to others and get some back. Congratulations you just improved someones day. Bonus, 5. If you have a heart attack in the middle of your climb then you get to give the first responders the gift of a free workout! My tips: Take it slow, walk slowly. Only aim to do one set each visit for the first couple of week or months. Take as many breaks as you need to on the way up, theres lots of landings for this purpose. And last but not least, celebrate your victory at the top!

I've read the Bible with an open heart and mind, and so have many Christians (they still can't find the concept of trinity or man/God nature there because it doesn't exist in the Bible. Trinity is a 3rd Century made up belief imposed on the Bible. Jesus was doing things to prove he was sent by God not that he was God - "Jesus of Nazareth, a man having been set forth by God to you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by Him in your the midst, as you yourselves know" Acts 2:22) While those who claim to have the holy spirit and they still can't make sense if it. That's why they have to conclude that it's a mystery because it's totally illogical and irrational to believe that an Eternal Immortal Ever Living Most Forgiving Merciful God would a) need to die b) to forgive sinners 🤦🏾‍♀️ completely contradicts the true teachings of Jesus Christ Problem with Christians is that they ignore the explicit commandments of Jesus or misinterpret them and spend all thier time interpreting the vague/ implicit words to suit their beliefs. I will happily follow the true gospel of Jesus Christ not the misinterpretations of Paul who never spent a single day of his life with Jesus and only had a vision. Jesus said “Now this is eternal life; that they know You, THE ONLY TRUE GOD, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.” John 17:3 That's the true message of Jesus Christ.
