Funny that Bill Champlin's vocal histrionics worked better with the EWF stuff than with his own Chicago songs.

I was worried about Chicago until Robert Lamm took over the vocals around the 9 minute mark.

Awesome - classy musician's arms without tattoos! Trombonist Pankow is in terrific physical shape for a man in his late 70's. The Earth, Wind and Fire bass guy in yellow looks like he studied the Muppet moves from Dr. Teeth & the Electric Mayhem.

Great music and so many memories. Two bands that have stood the test of times. Groups today can't hold up a candle to these legends

When you know and recognize the quality of musicians and their music of both bands, it is inevitable not to cry with emotion pff with such an emotional closing, thank you Chicago and thank you Earth, Wind & Fire 🙏🏽 one of my favorite concerts of a lifetime!

Ha avuto il Maestro Massimo Vessella come Docente di Educazione Musicale. Ringrazio per la condivisione, avendo perso la musicassetta. Leggendo i commenti, ho appreso che il Maestro Vessella è mancato anni fa. Mi dispiace. Voglio continuare a ricordarlo con l'aria scanzonata con cui entrava in classe, senza venire meno ai suoi doveri professionali.

Chi l’avrebbe detto che a distanza di una quindicina di anni sarebbe cambiato drasticamente tutto, e proprio su quel palco, gli pseudo “cantanti” come Fedez, Blanco, Mahmood, Rasa Chemical e tanti altri imbonitori musicali, avrebbero trasformato Sanremo in un troiaio, ovvero la contraddizione totale, cioè politically correct a loro piacimento, e poi distruzione del palco, simulazione di inclkulate gay, autotune (per non saper cantare) e pseudo canzoni che nessuno ricorderà, se non per le loro performance da social

Are you kidding me?! Iron sharpens iron. Chicago and Earth wind & fire? If between these two bands they can't say it musically, It simply cannot be said. They are simply the best and then there's the rest. If I cannot say enough about them it is because not enough can be said. Awesome post thank you! I can die happy now❤❤

Hello everyone ... and thanks for your comments and appreciation on the video I posted. Chicago Transit Authority (as I mentioned previously) was, is and always will be one of the best "horny" jazz/blues bands I have ever heard. I was born in 1951 and I began my first musical experiences in 1960 (at the age of 9) playing the flute in a symphony orchestra. Then I continued with the various "rock bands", playing flute, bass, guitar, keyboards, and singing! I have had dozens, maybe hundreds of musicians with me, many of them very good !!! Perhaps the most "BRAVO" group I had was "REMEMBER LED ZEPPELIN". If you go to my UA-cam channel, simply by typing "Franco Pupeschi", you can see some good videos. Today, at the age of 72, I still carry on, undaunted!!! Just a few minutes ago my weekly rehearsals with the "LIVE" group ended, which take place weekly in my basement. Once a week, I also dedicate an evening to a "KARAOKE" group, always in my basement. Thanks again to everyone for your comments and considerations on my publications. See you soon, Franco Pupeschi

Well,here we are talking about THE MOST UNDERRATED ITALIAN PROGRESSIVE ALBUM EVER !!! Melancholic mood,poignant lyrics of very high poetic,perfect arrangements,wonderful superb melodies composed by a" loser artist",pressed in microquantity on an unknown label from Sardinia Isle (!) although he was from Tuscany....fantastic only album by a musical genius comparable only to Bill Fay,Mauro Pelosi,Gianni D'Errico,Marcello Giombini of " Terra uguale" lp,Leone Tieri,Robert Lelievre or similar giants....it would deserve a much higher recognition worldwide and it's a shame he only made one album,and this is not an album,it's a masterpiece....
