Smith and Wesson Model 69 Combat Magnum
I tried it once ,I almost died
i feel like i could do it
Try it.
This is the kind of built i am looking for. What did this whole setup run you? Links perhaps? Thanks in advance
Fantastic
keep it up bubba
Bought one about 5 years ago and carried it for a while- sold it… miss it… looking to buy another. Great little gun!
More people have been killed by .22 than any other caliber
.22 can deter and even kill in battle
Idk buddy looks more like 12 feet which is normal self defense distance so cool
I get about 500 rounds out of my 6.5/284 before it becomes difficult to keep sub MOA at 1000 yards. My .223 is good for between 1800-3000 rounds to maintain sub MOA at 1000 yards. This is my experience shooting in NRA governed Long-Range Competition.
I have the 3 inch with the VZ grips!!! Love It!!!
The beer beside him made that decision
Thank you for being specific and exact; I learned a lot.
Mine Shot to the left also. Turns out the barrel was not tightened completely. It was off by 1/8th of an inch. I sent it in and the moron gunsmith replaced the entire barrel with one that did not allow me to replace the front sight. I still like the gun I just don't get my night sight back.
you got that movement dialed in! i noticed the slight raise right before you fired for arrow trajectory!
🔥
Well said
that's sick ! 🔥🔥
Great loads. I'm using RL22 with the 165 to 168grn Hornady's and I'm getting almost 3100fps with single digit ES and SDs and .328 Sub MOA grouping. I've been a Ballistician for over 55 years. Beleive me I've learned what works and what doesn't in many calibers and rifles.
And to think all ya need is a drawknife, farriers rasp and card scraper! And it is quiet too!
From what I’ve read, the barrel extension is there possibly for importation purposes. It could then be cut down when it gets into the United States, maybe depending what state your in. Taurus was suppose to cut that off before selling it.
My 243 barrel lasted 4000 rounds sub moa
The marines did a test some years ago where they took 308 barrel that has on excess of 20k rounds fired through it ajd found that it still held 1 moa accuracy at 1000 yards
Itll last as long as you treat it properly
I recently purchased a new Taurus 942 Ultra Lite Revolver in 22LR. It was defective out of the box, would not ignite any primers. Sent it back to Taurus on Jan. 25, 2024. At the FOUR MONTH mark, and them having no idea when a new 22LR revolver would be ready ship to me,..they offered me a credit towards another Taurus handgun. I chose the TX22 because it seemed to have the least amount of problems of their product line. After a very long detailed discussion with customer service, they sent me an email confirming the TX22 be the replacement Received an email 2 weeks later that the 22 LR REVOLVER was going to be shipped. Reached out to customer service AGAIN…oops they messed up. So the whole process will now start over. It is now August 4, 2024, 6 1/2 months later, after they received the new defective revolver I purchased in January. At this point they have NO CLUE when the TX22 replacement will be available…
fmj or Ball ammunition doesn't mean showering of flowers or biscuits but its more penetrative and lethal.
No issues with my WC mags
I have one and it’s amazing. The trigger is incredible, but one needs to practice with it just to avoid unintentional shots! It’s so:light.
paranoid
good rundown
Its crazy you shoot better or about the same from G26 than G17 BUT G26 with its size and accuracy looks great :) Definitely I want to add it to my collection now.
are you reloading for the 3006?
Yessir
Naches?
Close
Nice pack Bub 😮
I got frad Flintstone feet too 😆
That place is beautiful ❤️
Very accurate you were tapping them out... that's a rabbit any day! Cheap, fun an will feed you!
I bight a Remington 700 ADL 30-06 and a 4x12x40 vortex diamondback tackle free float it and filled in the stock to make it solid and it’s good for 1000 yards for a budget build under $600 and I did all new stainless steel $550 and it was a bet I made with a buddy who said I can’t do it!!
How long have you done Archery?
7-8 years something like that
I want one but it’s not a model 25….. with a tapered profile barrel in 45 caliber it’s technically a model 26. I honestly don’t understand why Smith makes and sells this revolver with a tapered barrel as opposed to the heavy barrel the original model 25-5 used.
What year is ur Steven’s?
Buffalo Bore makes a 265 grain solid copper flat nose Dangerous Game load that works in the model 69.
I would put the 500 S&W Hogue recoil absorbing grip on it and have Mag-Na-Port quad port that 4.25 inch barrel model 69 44 magnum.
Just sub’d. Great Demo provided. Like your thoughts on the subject. Keep on keeping on 🫡🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Even a Rock and a Stick “could” work in a Pinch…So…
You need subsonic ammo. Get rid of that crack sound.
Doesn’t cycle the rifle with subs. And any ammo out of the pistol is subsonic.
I have been want to build an axe target and have a axe throwing party with my team for awhile now.
I have had mine for three years and I have half as many rounds through it. I am quite happy with, as with yours no malfunctions.
Hell yea. Good shootin' brother. Compact/micro compacts🔫 get a bad rep, it's all about actual training, grip. I too am sharp with my s&w shield. Dude at the gun store told me i wouldn't hit shit past 8 yards lol
Good Job 👍
