It stands for Energy Performance Contracting and can be graded from A-G. It will show your current score compared to the potential you could have.
Your potential can be reached by getting a range of measures installed throughout the property, making your home more energy efficient.
This could include getting areas insulated, a new smart boiler or even the upgrading of storage heaters 🌡
