CookingInRussia Redux - In Memory of Chef Easter

This clone channel was created by a fan of Chef Easter to preserve the recipes he created while living in Russia.
The original CookinginRussia videos relied on UA-cam annotation text to display ingredients, descriptions, and supplemental comments. On January 15th, 2019, UA-cam removed annotations from all videos, thus removing all critical text information from the videos.
Using recovered annotation text, new videos were created. This channel is a clone of the original CookingInRussia channel, with annotations replaced.
Chef Easter moved from St. Petersburg, Russia to Helsinki, Finland and began work on creating Laava Restaurant. On January 17, 2021 Chef Easter changed the name of his UA-cam channel to "CookingInRussia and Finland," which soon became "CookingInFinland, and began producing new recipe videos.
Greg Easter sadly unexpectedly passed away in November 2022.

Apricot brandy is an ingredient used in many cocktails. It isn't consumed straight because it is a bit like drinking maple syrup as a beverage. I've included a simple drink recipe:
1 part apricot cognac, 3 parts dark rum and a little lemon juice - to taste, served on the rocks.

6:06 Thank you for this version with the annotations! I’ve been making his ossobuco recipe for Christmas dinner for years and missed the annotated correction about adding beef stock! I wonder why the original videos don’t have their annotations anymore.
