4th Gen RAM Washer Spray Nozzle Dorman vs OE - No Dorman
Ended up spending the money for the OE washer nozzles. Do not buy the Dorman. Watch for a spray patter comparison.

Those spring hangers are enough for me not to go with them now. Obviously measured wrong when stretching the truck and had it welded out by the time it was realized. Thanks for letting us know.
Thanks for the video I been looking for new shocks as I have a 2015 f150 n very stiff ride n been looking at roncho 9000
Are they still holding up?
Good, no issues so far.

One is 8 of the King's feet and the other is converted from cubits
Can you tear down the shocks or open the inside i want to know where the nitrogen gas are because mine has leaked and i want to rebuild it without buying a new one....or can u send me the old ones let me use their seals
I'm not sure. I don't think you can on these. My old ones have been gone for a long time unfortunately.
@@hillsautohome346 can you send me the old ones?
Did you have to take off the bumper to take the bed off? Or did taking the bumper off just make it easier to do? TIA
You don't need to remove the rear bumper. Although, it makes it much easier to get the bed off without the bed rubbing on the bumper and scratching the paint.
@@hillsautohome346 gotcha thank you I’m looking at flipping a 1500 needs a bed and both passenger doors
@@midwesternfarmer615 Good luck with the flip!
Looks like a 4 gen truck with a 3rd gen rear frame, biggest reason nothing lined up correct. Bed bolt holes spring hangers ect... also why your tank won't fit. Which drive shaft did you lengthen? Hope it was the rear if not you'll always have a vibration.
Nothing to do with a third generation frame. The OE frame was cut and extended right below the back of the cab. The tank does fit. The guy who did the work said it wont for some reason. I think he forgot to fab in a cross member to support the tank and just said it wont fit. My winter project is to correct the few little issues with the tank and bed bolts. The rear drive shaft was the one that was extended.
@hillsautohome346 Being i have stretched mine and a few other megacabs myself. If you or the guy you hired had used the correct frame, you wouldn't have had a hack job. I have stretched a few megacabs and never had to custom make anything or drill extra holes, With the exception of the drive shaft. I'm telling you a 4th gen frame is square and the 3rd gen is rounded... you have a 4th and 3rd frame welded together on the sides only to beat it even dodge weld the entire joint. I would sue, because that truck is not safe. Not busting balls just saying I wouldn't drive it or try to sell it to anyone.
@@JW10.4 If you want to drop me your email I will send you all the fabrication photos of the build. It is the OE frame on both ends. All the factor tags, stickers and frame sections match. Even the gooseneck hitch I installed before it was cut is the exact same, on the same frame. The rounded section you might see in the video is the fabricated section to give it the about 18'' of extra length. It was sleeved on the inside and then the inner sleeve was slipped in the OE frame. Then plate was bent around the frame in a break to create an exact match to the frame on the outside. I did take it to a body shop that does six door excursions and they were impressed with the fabrication work. I also have towed with it, no issues. This with a 16k gooseneck and 7600lb load. If you have done a few I would love to see some videos! Please post them up. I will subscribe to you and keep my eyes open. I want to see some more content on these as I'm thinking about doing a second one in the next year. As you know from yours to get the bed bolt holes to line you need to stretch the frame in two places. Since this was only done in one spot I have the bed bolt alignment issues.
@hillsautohome346 Drilling a new hole in the spring hanger no good. It's okay I think you got a bad deal and just pointing out I'd be very careful hauling anything with that truck. sorry not dropping my email on UA-cam comments.
@hillsautohome346 If you or thr guy would have bought a long bed 4door frame everything besides the driveshaft would have lined up perfectly. Best I can do is change my profile to my truck. 😊

I had the same exact idea to do this, figured I would google it because I know somebody did this already, didnt expect to find a video though lmao. How is it holding up? and is the drawer still holding up? Did it work a little better after you put some weight into it? Does it seem flimsy as a whole? Though about just buying some steel sheet metal and angle and building something similiar from the ground up.
haha. Yes, it is holding up fine. Although I don't think I would go this route again. I think building a cart from the ground up would be the best way to go. The drawer is still holding up fine, just stiff. Not any better with some weight from my experience. I would say it is stable and if you framed it out with some angle and sheet it would be more stable from the increased weight. Sorry for the long reply.
Good video. Always a superior douche bag making comments!

Had the exact same problem with mine. Also when trying to press the pulley back on my bolt threads stripped at the end. Piece of junk!

Good to know!
How?
@@truckstreestoys Good question. Maybe we will get a reply.
Owen’s Corning makes it slightly bigger in case it gets damaged. You can just cut off the damaged part. Better to have extra then to come up short.
Great video. Were there any bushings, spacers or washers in between the bed and frame where the 6 bolts were? Any locktite used to keep the bolts snug or were the 6 bolts just torqued down? Thx!
I do not recall any bushings. I think a few spots had a flat, flexible rubber washer between the bed and the frame. I might be thinking of my Ford though. The factory bolts did have some blue locktite on them. Even the new bolts that I bought from the dealer have some blue preinstalled on the bolt.
Got one myself but screwed it up.
Hope you get it worked out.
Rev-X is exponentially better for stiction issues. This stuff is trash in comparison.
Thanks for posting. Might have to try it sometime.
I have this product as well for my wood Shed. I initially thought there was thermal barrier on both sides of the board, but there wasn’t it’s only one side. So, the side with the silver is up facing the wall of the wood shed, just like you have in your video here. Just installed them and I’m about to find out how effective they are.
Hope it works well for you. It did for me. Keeps other areas above freezing in the winter now with no heating sources.
@@hillsautohome346 actually it worked very well, I had the one and a half inch thick foam boards so they are pretty powerful. Over here in northern California, it gets to the upper 80s and lower 90s in the summertime and before this thing was actually installed in my shed, it was really hot around 1 PM. Now at 1 PM it’s still very comfortable on the inside, but it does start to get warm a little bit more around 4 PM. I essentially just extended the time I could use the shed, and after 6 PM in the summertime it cools down dramatically so there’s only like two hours I don’t want to use this shed.
Can you please provide parts list and where to buy them? Would appreciate it lots.
All parts came in a kit from lugnut4x4.com/
Thanks for doing this!
I guess if you can use it with a 24in ratchet with it, the Tekton crows foot flare nuts, must be working pretty well!
What would you charge to do one?!? I want to do mine but nervous.
@theoneandonly2590 if you do your research it's really easy actually.
Needs canopy
Great Video. But... Rancho Shocks have a Life-Time Warranty. Free Exchange Only, Labor isn't included! Also the rubber boot part, when installing them w/ zip tie, leave a small weep hole gap (on both sides) to allow water to drain out.
Rancho, robust? Nice if you want a Cadillac ride in a truck. Had them from the factory on all my GMCs/Silverados and pulled them off around 10K and went with Bilstein. Not saying they won't last, just saying they are terrible for road feel and for cornering, etc.
Interesting. Have not experienced terrible road feel. Based on all the comments it appears to be negative on some applications and better on others. I also did not know that any manufacture used the RS9000 from the factory, what came from the factory with a RS9000?
Thank you so much! Your video was super helpful. Really appreciate all the details. Ignore all the rude people in the comments. The fact that they have enough time in their lives to comment on videos they don't like says it all. 😂
PS. I'm from California where everyone talks fast. I often listen to videos at higher speed. Not yours! I thought the pace was perfect for the subject matter.
@@marci.abraham Thank you!

No yard mowing demo 🤨
Nope. I need to do one now that I have about 30 hours on it.
Way to show us the actual process my guy, you skipped soo much 🙄
Thanks. Yeah, everyone watching these wants something different. Some want details and others want a quick video.
Will this work in my shed? Keep it warm and cool?
It would for sure. That along with maybe a roof or gable vent for the summer.
This review was not 7 hours.
It was at about 7 hours give our take a few minutes. I have about 30 hours on it now.
I’m glad someone said something good about these.. I was thinking about upgrading
They are good. Especially on vehicles that tow or are heavy.
They were a huge improvement over my oem shocks on my Duramax
I don't know if there's a big difference between the filler neck on 2500's and 3500's but mine wouldn't budge. Had to disconnect at the tank and there is absolutely no slack in the hose. You've got to stand on your head to reach your hand in between the tank and the clamps.
THIS SIMPLE SET IS THE BEST PULLER AND INSTALLER IN THE MARKET, EASY TO REMOVE AND INSTALL !! THE BEST
What size socket for bed bolts?
18 mm socket
The bolts are a M12X1.75 with a 18MM head.
Is it possible to install rs9000 on my lc 80 series 1995 model. I mean, is it supporting that model? Please update.
According to the Rancho website they have the RS999208 and RS999207 for that application.
Sweet I’ll be taking off my bed from my 15 megacab to color match it.takingboff the 2 tone color ,thanks good video
Hi, how can we contact you for business inquiry?
Hopefully one day they'll make these into full production. I like the idea of having the option of using a ratchet on them. What's you opinion after having them a while now?
They are nice to have but I rarely find uses for them. The few times I was like I have the perfect wrench for that, have been met with realizing I did not have the right size. I have needed smaller and larger or metric. So, have only used a few times now.
Thank you!
Don't quit your real job
No doubt. I do not enjoy mowing.
I think you have the record for saying um i think um those um shocks um were um still um good
Interesting.
Umm umm umm Not the most intelligent review. I've ever heard but I do Have those shocks and on my Jeep and I absolutely love them.
Why is that? Overall, a solid product at a fair price all things considered. Glad you like them.
Thank you so so much for making these videos!!! 🙌🏻💙
Its made in China just like Moog.
Wow, you said you bent it! How in the world did that happen, and was it under warranty? I need to replace my 2006 Ram 2500 ball joints and was looking at ball joint presses. But, If this one only works on heavy duty ball joints I may need to look at other options!
I guess a super stuck joint. I think it was. The Matco dealer let me borrow and test it out. If I recall correctly, he said he would just warranty it. Other presses work. I just have never had any luck with others this is a nice kit. It is on my list of tools to purchase.
Its made in fukin China and its no better than any other ball joint.
