It seems there was an update to UA-cam a few months ago though that applies a double standard to videos that an automated system considers to be a music playlist, which is what this channel makes. If a video is considered to be a music mix or playlist, then much more restrictive regional blocks are applied to them, such as not allowing this mix to be set to public. No reasoning or documentation is available at all for this restriction choice, maybe it has something to do with being able to put more ads in single songs than a continuous mix.

I really enjoy PRS but this does something to my head if I listen to it for awhile, introspective nostalgic waking nightmare memories.
PRS made a gradual journey from a more cynical place in his early work (garfielf, Quaker's Oats etc.) to the celebration of the beauty and absurdity of life that his new output (the Percy arc on PilotRedSky) represents. "Achievement" represented a turning point in his worldview, and he turned his identification of noumena to positive use. He's one of my favourite creators, not just on UA-cam but of all time. (It's also interesting to note the morphology in his predation motifs - a bug running forever from a flyswatter, a giant weasel rounding on a tiny vole, a rabbit making a surreal and lightheartedly depicted stand against a wolf, a snake fighting a weasel, and finally, a bunny simply being surprised by a crab in a bucket while building a sandcastle.)

do my ears deceive me or is 09:50 a sample of Vinny saying "speen"
I did some light digging since it bugged me and it seems the first time Vinny did the "Speen" joke was 2018. "Think Enviroment" from PRS came out around 2016-2017, I think specifically on his old patreon and then later publicly. So it seems the song predates the Speen joke. Probably some other sample unfortunately.
@@chuvarova6052 I dunno, I've been watching Vinny since like 2012 and I'm pretty sure he was doing that bit way before 2018. I'm probably just sensitised to hearing it now though, so I don't know if that's what the sample is.

This might sound a little strange given the kinds of videos Pilot makes, but it's very unlikely Pilot would ever use something "memeish" as a sample in his music. He's expressed on his Tumblr how he doesn't want his music to be associated with memes or even his videos, he wants them to have their own identity, hence why he started uploading a lot of his old music to PilotRedSky and giving them official artwork. So I'm willing to say that even if the timelines line up, it's very unlikely (not impossible though) that he would use a "meme" as a sample.
