That’s a good point too! Old CODs shouldn’t be dang near full price after 10-15 years. A lot more people would play if they kept the games on sale for $10 or something.

The Galil is one of my favorite ARs ever haha the gun sounds with and without suppressor was just so good plus it had probably my favorite iron sights ever!

Facts bro! I wish I could go back and re-experience a lot of things and especially this era of COD with my friends! I was 12 when I first played WaW zombies and I remember being scared to load up zombies on there, especially Verruckt😂 Kino is still one of my favorites maps ever. And clans were so fun back then! Me and my friends started a clan too with the dumbest name called Twii5TeD and my gamertag was Twii5TeD Snip3r🤣🤣 good times indeed bro, we all miss it but at least the game are still online to go back to and still enjoy for now!

@RealSpaceAM True. Unfortunately the Wii Black Ops Servers got shutdown since August 2023 but hopefully they will never shutdown the good old games.

Sorry they shut down your Wii servers! That’s what I’m worried about when it comes to Xbox… I would hate if they shut down all the old servers😕 I mean it’s inevitable that it’ll eventually happen but I hope it doesn’t for a long time!

I agree! I see developers trying to make Battlefield clones like Delta Force which I hear is pretty good but we really need some new competition for COD!

As much as I want modern COD to be great and want to enjoy new CODs I just know that COD from 2007-2012 can never be beat and it’ll never be the simple but super fun arcade shooter with attention to detail, great map design and atmosphere it once was🫤

I love Nuketown on the older games! Nuketown on BO6 isn’t as fun because the movement and pacing is so much faster.

Yeah, this is gameplay from last week and it’s still a lot of fun! You can’t really avoid cheaters but you just have to sift through the good and bad lobbies but there are plenty of lobbies without hackers! Try during the day or on weekends and there should be plenty of good lobbies!

Hardcore lobbies are better in terms of hacker presence

That sucks man! I wish they would keep all the games hacker free and put them on sale to keep all the old games alive. I’ve heard that it’s hard to find lobbies on PS3 from others but I don’t know why it’d be any harder than finding them on Xbox.

Yeah the DLC camos were good in BO2 including the Afterlife camo! Back when camos were $2 and actually worth buying lol. I have to agree that it was the last truly amazing/classic COD even though there have been great games to come after it. I agree with everything you said including about zombies. I always hated most zombie maps on there until MOTD and I never was a huge fan of going through a lot of Easter egg steps so I didn’t play it a lot. I remember hopping into parties with my best friend and my sniping clan and trick shotting, playing Mike myers on Rust and just trolling people in lobbies😂 good times indeed bro.

I really hope the rumor is true because that would lead to a lot more full lobbies and would keep the games alive a lot longer!

Yeah I have all DLC maps but yeah if you don’t have the DLC packs you’ll just be put into lobbies with core maps only I’m guessing. I remember in World at War they would put you in lobbies even if you didn’t have the DLC started but once the game started it would kick you back to the menu telling you you need to download the DLC lol BO1 doesn’t do that so you’re good.

I agree bro! Pretty realistic for the time that it came out! It was ahead of it’s time. Yeah the colors in BO1 weren’t as vibrant as Treyarch’s games after that but I think everything about the atmosphere and graphics were perfect for that game. The vibe and tone of the game was gritty and I love it.

Facts! I think the only game that comes close in terms of maps is BO1 cause the launch maps have classics and the DLCs were great too! The map design back in those days are unmatched.

It is one of the worst with hackers but if you get on during the day and on the weekends, there are plenty of lobbies that aren’t hacked! It’s still fun once you get a good lobby! I’d still recommend it regardless of hackers just cause there’s also zombies where there are still some people on there playing and the campaign is great too!
