Very weird vibe I get from this house. I can't argue that the finishes are beautiful. The primary bedroom is so confining and has that claustrophobic feel to it. The number of secret rooms, kids beds in a living space. Just a weird vibe.

Ah well 😌,,,, I don't think you wanna hear my opinion about this house, but let's say that I like the guest apartment,and the outside architecture with simple lines is very beautiful...!!!!

OH,La,La,,,, it's absolutely 💯 %, Malcolm,I think you're gonna make people appreciate this house more, with this tour,to me this house has it all,it's modern, has some nice architectural designs and even metro style touches in the closets and the Grey coloring,,,one of the most beautiful floors I've ever seen, FANTASTIC...!!!!

Malcolm,it's like most of the houses that you show ,this house is very beautiful, but again neither the builder nor the designer did the basics in art schools,,, over a $ 6 millions ,the house is way overpriced, I will give you 2 examples ,the design of the front door should be carried out at least in the fireplace,if my memory is good, it's a Gothic theme, and the tiled marble should be on both sides of the bathtub in the master, so many other things were shoped off to make quick money...!!!! WAAAAAAAAAY OVERPRICED.

Hey Malcolm, what's up, where do you get these beautiful houses, it's a wonderful home, almost everything is perfect, I specifically like the 4 chairs in what's is supposed to be a dining room, BUT I don't see the need to make it green, also the master bathroom is fantastic BUT again why green?? Awesome house, the master closet , the pool and everything 👌,,,,!!!!

Not one window in the kitchen. That's a deal breaker for me, but otherwise a beautiful home.

Beautiful home bro. Id shift the master upstairs n put on a separate wing and convert downstairs master to a cinema room. Then id swap out formal dinin for office space n office space as guest room. Bettr flow 4 me personally as they say better flow and qi is when parents retreat is upstairs with the children but separate wings... top floors r restin areas while bottom is livin areas... this brings in more harmony, happiness, prosperity n wealth to the family. 😊🌻

Actually I should've added that,the house definitely has a subtle beauty; as you exit the back kitchen and look at the whole living area, it's absolutely gorgeous ,with the open doors and all the geometry,the upstairs sitting area with the railing is also charming ,not to mention the location,,,,👍👍👍!!!!

It's nice and very well built house,my question, why in the world there's no cooking stove in the second kitchen, since you guys go through all the troubles to do that, and it makes sense, if you wanna keep main kitchen clean and free of the smell of pasta and roasted meat...!!!!

I've even seen this house when it was being built, it looked gorgeous from the outside, and now it's still beautiful inside and out ,,, except in terms of price, I think it's a little outpaced by some other homes in the neighborhood, but fantastic house. _👌_!!!

This is probably now the best house on the market in the whole Nashville area, it's sleek and elegant ,has nice touches in the overall design, the fireplace, the glass panel,although I would stage that area differently,by making a wine shelf,the master bathroom is gorgeous, for that price they should've put a pool, even a small one, it would make truly # 1. ,,,,👍👍👍...!!!

It's another beautiful home, shown by Malcolm, definitely very well built,i like the columns in the outside porch, but again when you have 7 thousand square feet, the builder or the architect should design it with a separate guest or a teenager apartment, with its own entry an a separate small kitchen and you will still have a big house.

It's overall beautiful and no questions about the build quality,and the location, but, even if you put a dining table in the middle like they did,you still have an empty space in front of the kitchen...!!! island, also the bonus room upstairs doesn't have a wet bar with a small refrigerator??

It's very beautiful, the same remarks, the builder or the decorator should install some windows treatment or some sort of shades, 🪟,it's obvious that you can see through, as far as price, there's a condo in West end Blvd very similar to this house but 3 and half times more expensive.

It's very beautiful ,it's actually gorgeous, i just watched it again,,,👌,except for the main level seating area, it looks small, but the finish and the material are excellent ,and next time, please show the entire shower glass panels, not just one part,,, there's a huge difference between a cheap ones, they're around $3k and the good ones ,around $14k...!!!

Like the home just wish it had elevator... my body too broken to hit the stairs... LOL
