Found a small issue with the MAF reading lower than it used to while logging and decided to film the changes. Also changed to colder spark plugs and adjusted AFR more. Overall got a safer tune with slightly more power. Modifications: Harrop OTR Intake Harrop Extractors and High Flow Cats Harrop HO2 Camshaft LS7 Lifters BTR Dual Valve Springs

What motors? Rpms?
Yamaha 30hp, 3 cylinder, 2 stroke. Max rpm I see in this class is around 7000rpm.
Like to see how that manual ram (tilt) is set up.
How fast are the boats
Depends on the class, ranges from 60kmh to 100kmh

what were you spraying in there with the blue hose? wondering because i’m replacing my lifters
Thats just a bit of compressed air to make sure theres no crap in there. Just make sure you don't blow it further in. I did have as much as I could stuffed with rags. Also soaking the lifters over night in oil is a good idea. 👍

Its all a bit of a secret in the tinny racing scene. Haha. My top speed is around 76kmh.

@@markmckerlie Mate , thankyou for being the only honest racer out there . At 76 kph you probably have the fastest boat . Others claiming 90 to 100 kph are full of shit .
Why was it disqualified?
The reed stops were out of spec in the motor.

@@Valentinik09 Mostly the 3 cylinder Yamaha's. There is some Tohatsu's and Merc's in different classes. Also a couple of Suzuki 3 cylinder 30's.
