I really despise the AI in Expert Battles. It's so blatently rigged.

Ironically for me the most fun is steel deck(bisharp,mawlie,melton,jigglypuff) and water deck (having gold duck , frokie , frosmoth). I want one nidroking deck also dark also looks fun.

I've got most "meta" decks (Pikachu EX, Mewtwo EX, Starmie EX) but this one is surprisingly reliable, good against some of the meta, and doesn't rely much on RNG. I even play it with the regular Marowak, and without Hitmonlee. 2 Sabrinas + 2 Giovannis. It's really, really good.

i ran venusaur for the emblem event and its really underrated IMO, not relying on coin flips is freeing lmao

I have managed to get one EX Lapras from drops, which finally helped me clear the solo (sod off) Charizard deck. But I can't stand how much the Expert AI blatently cheats with getting everuthing it needs to damn quickly. I can never get Starmie buffed that consistantly...

I started off with a deck like this, mainly due to my fondness for the Sandshrew line. Who I found more reliable than Marowak, thanks to sods law rolling tails constantly against me. -_- Since then I've moved onto Grass decks due to having a surprising amount of luck with pulling EX Venusaurs & EX Exeggutor. Plus I can use Erika/Potions to stall.

Definitely want to see more deck showcases o7 really appreciate this list, this is my fighting deck (minus a second marowak ex since I didnt pick the marowak starter deck). It's definitely a cool deck but really dependent on the coinflips. I think an alternative finisher would be through using the mankey promos from the current lapras raid with primeape since mankey's reckless charge sets up primeape's max damage after evolving.

Is it true that it doesnt matter with pack you choose? I heard tumors that if the pack is when you spin it and it is in a different position (/ insgead of |) the pack will be a good or better pack. But I think thats not true

Hmm. I have no prior experience with TCG. So I just went in randomly. In my initial haul, I've so far pulled one Mewtwo, Moltres, Articuno and Venusaur (but no Ivysaur yet). Though I'm mainly sticking with a Fighting/Fire combo at the moment where I've got two Marowak special foils.

I already got them all as I've been playing since it released in Australia 🇦🇺 I play for free at the moment

I dint like theres no pity system and the pack split into 3 different URs. Say you want pikachu and charizard, you need to open pikachu, then the charizard is in a different pack, but the rest of the card, beside charizard is the same as the pikachu card, and the dupes are cant converted to cards.

Truly this game is for the newcomers.

One thing that concerns me is, will the older cards have that 3d art? Or just the newer ones? I've yet to see them show this off on any cards from base set - rocket, even though some area featured. Which is a shame since I liked them more than the modern ones.

sounds like a smart way for pokemon to do something close to NFTs that can actually work. It still wont replace the card game cause once the servers go out, those probably paid for packs and the cards are gone forever.
