This brief promotional video features graduates of the college’s culinary program (including Mike Pappas, Executive Chef at Harry’s Seafood Bar & Grill; Scott Sciullo, Executive Chef at Selva Marina Country Club; Celestia Mobley, Executive Chef at The Soul Food Bistro; and John Insetta and Mike McKinney, Owners of Chew Restaurant) discussing their experiences of the program and the benefits they derived from it. It also features Chefs Joe Harrold, Robert Bouman, Richard Lamber, Rich Grigsby, and Ron Wolf on topics ranging from what the chefs look for in a student through the various types of classes offered (buffet & catering, dining room management, etc.). The video also provides a look at the kitchens at the facility at North Campus and the Mallard Room.
