@@ferminballesteros7462 well if you want to be technical it depends how deep something that penetrates an eye goes what happens to the eye but that was a knife I’m sure it made it to the optic nerve, which would be a large puncture and all the water would leak out of the eye ball and cause vascular, muscle and nerve damage and permanently destroy vision. That’s just being realistic, they could’ve intended something else or have some explanation for her being without an eye patch in follow up content but they did foreshadow her losing an eye a lot

I've heard so many theories about that, and I still can't tell! I thought it was a case where the knife went past and grazed her eye and then went by her head, because we didn't see any scarring on her skin next to her eye. It could be that the eye patch was part of a long term recovery, where she'd have to wear it for a period of time and go through extensive therapy. I want to believe that it was not permanent and would heal over time, but I think, story wise, her losing her eye fit two story narratives. One, that she sacrificed it to get the runes off Ambessa's arm (Ambessa's 4th principle of combat being Sacrifice), and two, that it was like a penance or price Caitlyn paid for being on that dark path before turning away from it in the end. I'm not familiar with the LoL lore, so I don't know if it would heal, would if she'd get some cybernetic replacement. But then again, Arcane is the world of sorcery, magic and science, so I suppose it's possible she could get it back.

If Hailee had it her way she'd probably make them milk out 3-4 spinoff shows involving Cait and Vi and developing the relationship further. I say that since she has said she loves the character and loves the dynamics that come in with the character. She really voices the character with a kind of mix between soft masculine and hard feminine. I only want to see her and Caitlyn's relationship being done well and not getting messed up again. Going forward, they have to have their relationship strained in NEW ways, not through them breaking up (since we already got that for months and saw the effects it had on them) but through a new method to have them strained. Say, bad guys splitting them up and saving the world again in different locations while Vi is battling the internal debate on if she should propose and have their relationship move in an even better direction. I think the only logical progression to the next phase of their relationship would be through them eventually getting engaged, them actually showing the marriage, and then a snippet of married life after all the craziness happens.

@@la_ky Well, I wouldn't say everything, it was her first real relationship and one that was strained from the start because of differences in how to handle the situation with Jinx. After months away from each other, they are both able to understand their own faults, misgivings, and mistakes along the way to Vi forgiving Caitlyn for leaving her but also saying that Cait's stuck with her now and forever.
