I learn about DE in the pandemic. I started taking, what came out of me was shocking🤭 it grew my hair my nails I felt AMAZING. One of the best thing ever. I use a heaping teaspoon once a day, 7 days on 7 days off. This is the brand I use. HARRIS Diatomaceous Earth Food Grade.

Cutting carbs!! This is a must! I'm between keto and carnivore, have came off ALL my medications. I was diagnosed, hospitalised 6+ months, wheelchair bound (no longer), affected my vision, speech, swallowing. Couldn't read at one point. So decrease-> elimination of carbohydrates is essential, but I know not everybody is ready for that (have to become sick and tired of being sick and tired). This gave the MOST benefits. I came off all meds for the nerve pain etc. with this and stopped my final med after starting magnesium. Magnesium GLYCINATE is the most effective and best absorbed. It's not in the soil so not in the plants or the cows that eat the plants. Most are deficient. Also: loads of vitamin B12 (studies on it have seen symptom relief with high dose METHYLATED B12). Gut health: I make and eat kefir but any prebiotic or fermented food will help. They call the gut the "second brain" many modern sicknesses are related to poor gut health. (If using diatomaceous earth, should use after to replenish good bacteria). Lastly, vitamim B1 (look up EONUTRITION channel on here, too much information to describe). It's a long protocol to start so I'd do this last so you can track everything properly. I'm in middle of doing this at the moment. Worst thing is starting and trying several different things at once. It's what I did, cupboard full of supplements I knew were good but didn't fully understand or knew what it was helping. Couldn't track progress and was overwhelmed! There's others, but I've only listed the things that I've seen tangible changes that can be linked to when I'd incorporated them into my routine.

@@AJ-ku9jzI LOVE THIS!!❤ The MS is because of parasite overgrowth. If you saw results that means you can do other things to rid your body of the parasites that have taken over and eaten all of your Vit B’s and cause the gut health to go bad. Healing the gut at the same time as killing off the parasites and taking their die off out of your body with binders. Repeat, rinse, and reapply till you don’t have MS any more cuz the body was able to rebuild itself and heal. This is the same thing I had to do only it was because of cysts and fibroids. They are all based off the same issues parasitic overgrowth. ❤

@@ReginaMcNeish yes I've heard about the link with B vitamins, especially B12 and B1, but I had no ides that it was due to parasite overgrowth, I just knew gut health is a big contributor to many illnesses. Where did you hear about it being parasite overgrowth? Makes me wonder as I'd also experienced a serious bowl inflammation disease also some years prior. What was it that you did? Thank you for your response 🙏 😊

@@AJ-ku9jz I know this is not ANYWHERE in research or medical books. This all came to my awareness when I had to sit in deep contemplation about another ovarian cyst (chocolate) that was 16cm recently I had. The 1st one I had over 5 years ago was 6.9 cm, sold, and excruciating went away in less than 5 months after I went to people who helped me clean my blood through diet and vitamins/minerals. One year prior to that, I had a bad salad at work went on 6 months of antibiotics (big mistake DON’T DO THAT) and them maybe 5-6 months later I developed that painful 6.9cm cyst. The doctors told me ;when I came to them feeling OFF and insisting that my hormones were off; that I was fine. 3 months later I came in agony and with multiple cysts on both ovaries. They said I needed to do surgery I REFUSED. I understand the consequences of surgery ESPECIALLY in your womb. I took the lesser of evils and did 800 mg of ibuprofen and firmly believed I would find an alternative for 4-5 months (I know, crazy, but I would have rather died and I am SERIOUS) . I found those people I mentioned (Life is in the blood) and did exactly what they told me to do. The cyst went away in less than 5 mo. Fast forward to the other cyst that developed and is told OVER AND OVER AGAIN that the only way to fix it is surgery cuz it’s a sack full of blood that it would never shrink. They were WRONG. I figured out there was a pattern of a gut issue and months later a cyst (2 times in my history was enough for me to see the pattern plus lots of meditation). I realized that having bone cancer and then lung cancer as a pre teen (12-15y/o) that there was a fungus over growth problem I had been experiencing since back then that is altering my gut health and also how parasites are everywhere and very much so alive with in all of us. I googled how many people had parasites and it’s said OVER 80% of Americans are riddle with them mean while more concerned about their dogs/ cats having them. I went down a rabbit hold of research about cancer (cuz I personally know people who CURED their own naturally), H2O2, boron, apple cider vinegar, garlic, MSM, Glutathione, Vit C , frankincense, and myrrh (YES THOSE TOO) and recognize they ALL KILL ALL DIFFERENT SORTS OF PARASITES. The medical field believed they discovered a miracle when they recognized you gotta wash your hands and penicillin (A FUNGUS) kills bacteria (that’s been here since the beginning of time). This is all known but the stopped the progress of going past research for bacteria /fungus/parasites/ viruses for greed purposes and we forget there are other lives living in and in us. PARASITES and they thrive off us, they have affinities and dislikes just like people. We think of them the wrong way and the info they have in it is hidden in a sea of money. I figured out that parasites are doing what anyone in a battle wood do, control food sources. They do this on our guts and siphon off or food and live their merry little lives off with in us. This stuff goes DEEP. So I realized I’m in a battle and cut of their food supply. They are so smart they will alter your mind and give you cravings for sugar THEIR life supply. I was recommended a book called “The Fungus Link” by Doug Kaufmann and read a ton of other books on iodine, and mold exposure. WE ARE SURROUNDED BY MOLD and they are NO JOKE. There is so much more to this and I know it seems like I’m grabbing things from out of thin air and connecting them, however doing all this drastically shrank the blood cyst from 16.cm to 6.2 cm with in LESS than 2 months.. I coupled that with the notorious ivermectin (6mg of it 1 week on 1-2 weeks off) along with all the other stuff I mentioned and it worked! If that’s not sufficient proof for scientists and doctors I DON’T CARE. Let them be smart with their science degrees and white lab coats while they continually schmurder people MINDLESSLY cuz of patents and purposeless protocols. I’m going to follow MY logic and recognize the body heals and right thinking is the way to cure myself. It’s been the best tester than any MRI or blood test and has not lead me wrong EVER. They teach us patterns in kindergarten but only teach us but so much so we can be mindless and follow them and their rule. The teaching of recognizing patterns is imperative, but they limit how much they will allow for us to become aware of.. it’s up to us to dive deeper into learning the many ways of patterns. This is how I did it. ❤️

That’s not exactly how it works. Pinworms come out and lay eggs on your anus and surrounding skin. So the eggs that they lay can come out on your clothes, sheets and bed and that’s how it could go from person to person. The worm itself doesn’t crawl out and around.
