That’s exactly what I got diagnosed with recently and if you don’t mind me asking what made your cycles regular? I’m still trying to figure all this out

@@brijournalomg girl I never found out till this day why they were irregular, but my main reason for going to the doc 6 years ago was me having weird abdominal pains, so docs did an ultrasound and blood tests and that’s when I got my diagnosis, my cycle is very regular now on its own(never took any meds for it) and my only PCOS symptoms I’d say now are like a little weight gain, oily skin(slight breakouts) & very slight hirsutism (chin area). But I’m definitely on a journey now to watch my carbs and eating overall so as to not go down that road of diabetes, hypertension etc.

Ok thank you for the update 😍 I’m trying to find good supplements that help with PCOS and am adjusting to a low carb and sugar diet as well

He’s loving it 🥰 it took him some time to get adjusted but after a week he treats it like his new home
