I don’t know where this employee got the idea that the crystal is “more domed” on the white dial Speedy. That’s completely false. They’re the exact same crystal and the case has the exact same specs. That information will not be found anywhere else, because it’s incorrect. If it looks different it’s because the white plays a trick on the eyes. It comically looks the exact same in the side by side comparison. lol.

I prefere SQ, CX, QR, EVA, ... Even TK offers a better product and much better food

No matter how much the prices drop in the GMDs, the grift between them and the ADs will never end. The most important thing to an Rolex AD and GMD is money, money, and more money.

Is there a fix for this? I have a seamaster 300m similar to this and it’s extremely hard to turn. I also replaced the click spring so it’s new and clean under the bezel. After putting the watch under a little running water it turns smoothly until what I’m assuming it dries out and then is super stiff. Any ideas?

Am only really interested in list prices/purchasing, and in my experience a Rolex is an investment that you wear. Owning watches that are kept safe and not trashed is great and does add to value, but do not do it for that.

I would wait for price dropping of 20% more before I buy another Daytona, reason being the world economy is still heading south, there's not much demand on luxury goods.

One of the worst first class cabins in the world. Very sad how outdated and old it looks. Amenity kits are a joke. Price is crazy high. They need to improve soon! Lets not forget the 550 million of profit they make a year.

I own both and I prefer the seamaster. The bezel action does not feel as nice as the Rolex, but the turned polished lugs make it more attractive to me.
