I just recording and sharing my ordinary days and hobbies from good memories that can applied to general life.
I love to try new things even sometimes i feel lost while trying it, but this is not a bad thing because i can find out more about myself, try to see it in different light, know where i want to end up and figure out what i really want to do.

Delicious Easy Beef Stew at home
Ingredients:
1kg stewing beef
1 onion, roughly chopped
3 galic cloves, minced
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
75 ml red wine
100 ml water
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp olive oil
30g butter
1 tsp bouquet garni
pepper
salt
*Cover the pan and let it stew on a very low heat for 3 hours.
