I've just done this job for a friend and it was without doubt the worst bit of spannering I've ever had to do. I had the same problem with the oil pipe to the turbo and the manifold heat shield was a nightmare to fix. I have the luxury of a big, dry, well-lit garage with a two-post lift and I feel really sorry for anybody doing this on the front driveway. I think these pattern manifolds are very vague on tolerance compared to the OEM part, leaving the whole turbo about 2mm lower than it should be - hence the oil pipe issue. I would never do another!

If you take the FILL plug out it will pour out quicker and assist in flushing out the crap when you drain the old oil out bottom

Hi - See the workshop manual for the correct way to set the tensioner. You should turn the engine forwards 1 5/6 turns before you set the tensioner. There's another 'timing' mark for the crank pulley approx 60° BTDC for the correct position. Chances are your belt will not be as tight as it should if you've set the tensioner at TDC. Good luck with the channel. 👍

Don’t order the original automotive ones shown at the end, they are the complete wrong top mounts, the studs don’t even line up. I ended up getting the kyb top mount kit which fits perfectly for my czt

I have the same problem on my Colt, however the gear stick sometimes gets stuck in neutral and will not go into any gear. This issue keeps happening but it works fine for 20 minutes or so and then it happens again. Would this fix help.

When it comes to the wiring do you splice all the halo wires into the original side lights wiring so when you turn on the sides it will light up both the rings Do you connect each 4 wires on a headlight to the sidelights original wiring
