The whole point of Paul by quoting Isaiah is to explain. How mistaken can you be when reading that text. It is a literal quote from Isaiah, you are the only one that denies it. And Paul makes the equivalency: spirit with mind. Please study your Bible. Does it teach that the spirit is a disembodied entity that floats around (beware of the inmortality of the soul) or rather the mind of someone. Answer is obvious if you have a correct doctrinal basis. Paul even quoted the verse 2 times. Twice he made the equivalency between mind and spirit and nevertheless you miss the point. Really sad that you contradict an inspired author just to proove a non biblical doctrine. Instead of denying Pauls intention, why dont you learn his idea regarding what the spirit is. That could help you correct your theology. Regarding divested: it means to take away something you have. Who among the Godhead had humanity? Only the one incarnate could be divested of humanity. Again, read carefully understanding every word, they have a meaning and a reason for it

I think that Zechariah 14 is proof that there will be a 1000 year reign of Jesus on earth. How else could there be people on earth that would be able to refuse coming to Jerusalem(Zech 14:16-17)? Another point that you may want to ponder is this. How could there be a kingdom of Egypt in the new creation when Daniel says that all other kingdoms will come to an end when the stone cut without hands hits the statue, crushes all kingdoms, and eventually becomes the only kingdom left that fills the entire world in chapter 2? If all of the kingdoms have been crushed into dust, then how can there be a kingdom of Egypt in Zechariah 14? If the only kingdom is God's kingdom in the new heavens and new earth, how can there be a kingdom of Egypt or any other kingdom on earth at that time? As I understand it, the only time that there can be multiple kingdoms on earth, is during the 1000 year reign of Messiah on earth(Daniel 7:11-12). The bible does teach of a transition period where the rock made without hands grows into a mountain that eventually fills the earth and becomes the great and final kingdom of God. During this period of growth, there will still be normal people and glorified people on the planet. In the new heavens and earth, there cannot be any other kingdoms on earth because only God's kingdom was prophesied to last forever and the rest of the kingdoms on earth were promised by God to be destroyed forever(Daniel 2:44, Daniel 7:14,16-18, 22, 26-27). Daniel 2:34-45 New King James Version 34 You watched while a stone was cut out without hands, which struck the image on its feet of iron and clay, and broke them in pieces. 35 Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold were crushed together, and became like chaff from the summer threshing floors; the wind carried them away so that no trace of them was found. And the stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth. 36 “This is the dream. Now we will tell the interpretation of it before the king. 37 You, O king, are a king of kings. For the God of heaven has given you a kingdom, power, strength, and glory; 38 and wherever the children of men dwell, or the beasts of the field and the birds of the heaven, He has given them into your hand, and has made you ruler over them all-you are this head of gold. 39 But after you shall arise another kingdom inferior to yours; then another, a third kingdom of bronze, which shall rule over all the earth. 40 And the fourth kingdom shall be as strong as iron, inasmuch as iron breaks in pieces and shatters everything; and like iron that crushes, that kingdom will break in pieces and crush all the others. 41 Whereas you saw the feet and toes, partly of potter’s clay and partly of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; yet the strength of the iron shall be in it, just as you saw the iron mixed with ceramic clay. 42 And as the toes of the feet were partly of iron and partly of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong and partly [a]fragile. 43 As you saw iron mixed with ceramic clay, they will mingle with the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, just as iron does not mix with clay. 44 And in the days of these kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever. 45 Inasmuch as you saw that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it broke in pieces the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver, and the gold-the great God has made known to the king what will come to pass after this. The battle against the mind is real.The sanctifying power of God's word is the only solution to set men.

I pray that men and women would be prayerful, studious and obedient to God's Word. Many times i want to avoid this subject but i realise that if i keep quiet too long, falsities will gain sway. God be praised that you have taken time to expound on these things.

Instead do Cajuns go rolling. Along. And don't eat of any of their flock or field. Spittle man's laws. Are not our Gods law as written !

The. Ten this and. Mike's traveled were too long for Israel's disobedience was the reason so long. Fir years long Jesus was greibed us really 490 dark days if man's evil test and try and crucifying abd disobeying Jesus and failing to obey by turning from sin and doing as Jesus led Todo God's will !

Psalm 95: I8 do not harden heart as in day of privation and crucifying again ur Christ and don't be tempted to disobeying. Gid in and thru Jesus name and presence amen !
