Teardown is one of my most played game on steam and it’s a shame it’s now being put to waste as I started started playing in early 2021 ( hope I’m right ) if I say to a newer teardown player and say I played around 2021 then would call probably me a og player. I did also Join that SMP lol, and I must say, Nothing Special. An actual good SMP is the Outcasts SMP, the videos might be a bit over edited but they are pretty much the Modern Version of Hermitcraft

My mom watches Hermitcraft. She also follows the people on the server. She's in her 60's. She plays Minecraft on a realm I pay for because we all play together. I pay for a realm because the last server we played on was local and that computer died.

But.. its a singleplayer story mode/sandbox game that was.. finished. I wouldnt call it dead the player counts are high for an indie game and are higher than a lot of modern AAA titles. Development on the game didnt necessarily cease, it finished, the game is complete in the eyes of the dev and shipped as a full release. Would you call subnautica a dead game because it was an early access game that finally got its full release and the player counts slowed after everyone finished the game? Dont really get it from a game dev perspective tbh
