The system you guys sell looks fantastic for drilling holes in rocks. The TBH PRO looks like it's the ticket for drilling holes.
Yes, it Rocks! All our systems can easily drill rock, but the TBH Pro is the next level up. Here is a quick summary comparing each system: guntherdiamondtools.com/pages/how-to-choose-what-drilling-system-is-best-for-you
@@guntherdiamondtools7489 It does look really good but its out of my price range.
can i drill into a marble without a drillpress, or is it impossible without one?
Hello, it's not impossible, but it's very challenging. Beads were made in ancient times using various techniques, but one common tool was a bow drill. I'm sure there are other ways to make a hole, but a drill press with diamond tools is the best way. If you have a drill press already, check out our Multidrill Water Swivel. It clamps into the chuck and quickly converts your drill press to a diamond drilling system with a pressurized water feed. Then, you can drill holes in marbles in less than a minute. Hi i needs To Drill please send your location and WhatsApp number.
Wow, that's pretty good. I do mine with a Dremel attached to a work station. Then my cabochon goes into a red oak vise. I spray into my hole halfway, flip cabochon over and drill where hole meets in the middle. I just made a video how to do this. How much is your machine?

Hi, what is the white cleaning brick for bit made from? Would pumice or a brick work? Thank you.
Hi Jordan, the white cleaning stone (or sharpening stone) is aluminum oxide. It removes a small amount of the metal to expose more diamonds and improve drilling function. Here is a link to to them on our site: guntherdiamondtools.com/collections/accessories/products/sharpening-stone-for-diamond-core-drill-bits-gunther-diamond-tools
Hi, what is the white block made from to freshen the bit? Can I use something else? Thanks. Also, can the Gunther bits be used on a hand held tool like Dremel? Without ejection needle? Thanks.

Hi sir do you deliver machine to Bhutan?

Hie do you know when the drill bit meets the counterpart below?
You will feel the the drill bit go through the stone and touch the counter part. Its ok if the two parts touch while you're drilling as long as you stop and back off. If you continue to drill the counter part will grind down, but you can file it down to make it flat again. You can also set your drill stop to zero at the point where the two parts touch so that you
Hi could you tell me what the bottom attachment is called please? The part you are placing the bead onto???
Its a magnetic base that holds the counter part. Here is a link for more information: guntherdiamondtools.com/collections/diamond-drill-bits/products/lapidary-drill-bit-counter-parts-stock-sizes-gunther-diamond-tools
Thankyou so much. I will have a look! I really appreciate your reply
Can you direct how to set up a counter post" This is exactly what I have been trying to figure out. How to get both sides to be exact meet, if i eyeball it im always off. This is perfect. Also PLEASE give direction on how to set up your water system for the drill bit* I LOVE IT.
The best way to align the counter part is by touch. With the machine off, lower the drill bit so that it touches the counter part and then run you fingers up and down the junction between them. Tap the magnetic base that holds the counter part with a mallet until you don't feel an overhanging edges on the drill bit or counter part. The water supply can be configured in many different ways. Give us a call to discuss options that might work best for you. Thank you!
Great idea, one suggestion, the "counterpart" is confusing terminology, and inaccurate. Calling it a locating pin or something would be much clearer.
Your drill jig attechment is very good can i do it at home. Its part avilable in market. What call is it. Please tell sir
Thousands of lifetime projects with Woodglut plans.
What is the cost
difficult if you need to make holes in more than 100 marbles 🤣🤣
When I drill for volume, I break the process into steps. First I drill the starter holes in all the spheres. Then I change the base to the counter part insert and then go back and finish drilling the back side of all the holes. I always try to minimize tool changes to save time
How can I by one
Can I have your email

Wow. That's a lot of steps for a single bead, and so many ways for things to go wrong. Not to mention the mess and using a pliers on the bolt. Why are you using water instead of cutting oil? If you are going to advertise yourself as "the best" at something, you should try a bit better at making videos by cutting out the "um"s and make sure your use of the tool is effortless, instead of struggling with the bolt. And use a decent mic. Plus, don't use a metal hammer if you tell your customers not to. You obviously tried to make this look professional with various camera angles, so go the extra step to make it look and sound even better.
Wow, alright; everybody's a computer-chair videographer. By all means, show us all how to do it better. This was the best way to drill a glass sphere I've seen yet, and at least the instructional was to the point. Beggars can't be choosers, Mr. Perfect.

Dear Sir, I'm interested to buy that machine and I have a one question can you please reply your email address and whatsapp. Thanks and Regards
what the fuck is a hobby system. that's a fucking drill press
Hello mate. thank you for the information.. Also can you please teach us or tell us how to drill a emerald stone at home to make beads.. I have been looking for a video but i couldn't find any.. Can you help please.. thank you.
You'll have to use a corundum or diamond drill bit for emerald. Emerald (beryl) is about an 8 on Mohs hardness scale; corundum has a hardness of 9 and diamond's hardness is 10 on the Mohs scale. A 1mm hole is pretty standard and will still allow for multiple passes of most beading thread through a hole that size (thread used for seed beads). Your specimen will need to be stabilized in some kind of mount in which it fits that is clamped to a work bench or held in place in a vice. I would use a drill press as shown in this video rather than trying to freehand it - you want straight hole without sharp edges (cuts the thread). Good luck!
Hi Sir can you please reply your whatsapp or email I'm interested to buy that drilling machine for diamond quartz.
Does this work on steel ball bearings?
You can use regular metal drill bits and a mini vice on a drill press to drill steel ball bearings
Good job kevin
Very good
