Hello. I hope you’re alright. Try to appeal via the science faculty. If comp science is full, ask if you can go to Information Technology or any other similar course that does the same modules as Comp Science in first year. I was registered for IT. If you do a course with same modules as Comp Sci, you can change to Comp Sci at the beginning of second semester like I did. If it’s possible go to the science faculty office rather than sending them an email. I’m guessing you’re an international student. First go to the international house before going to the Faculty of Science office. Hope this helps 🙏
