Hi, do you mind sharing how much do you pay for a studio in pre-war luxury apartment in manhattan?

I love the closet reorganisation, I also prefer fabric bins over plastic, but I found if I couldn’t see what’s in it, it didn’t really serve a purpose for me.. I decided to get rid of my dresser and went with the elfa closet system from the container store, it’s completely customisable and really easy to assemble.

I have a question. Do the renter pay HOA fees or the landlord ??

Love this Studio Apartment. Quite a find in Manhattan / NYC . The windows and the fact u have a nice gas stove and ceilings w / character...and it's painted all white , makes the ambience quite nice. You have done a good job managing to keep all your clothes / shoes etc.. inside the closets. I just recently bought a number of attractive storage boxes & baskets on Amazon.. to redo my walk- in closet , so I can relate to you mentioning about plans to get containers. I think it makes it easier to vacuum the dust out , since I have about as much stuff in my closet as you.. (maybe not quite as many shoes / boots.. I only have 25 pairs.. and the same of handbags / purses.) I think you have done a great job with the Apartment.. enjoy !

hey girl, after watching many studio apartment tours, i came across your vids and i have to say we have a lot in common. currently living with 3 roommates and our lease is about to expire. Finally moving out on my own studio to spread my wings and be more independent. i have lots of stuff too and can totally relate. The pandemic has pushes us to start a new chapter and i think i've learned so much from all the challenges i've been facing in life. good luck, new subbie here.

Thanks for stopping! As stated in the description above, I'm fully aware that I downsized and have a lot of belongings. I appreciate all your concern for tight storage space and lack of fresh air despite six windows and three plants in my unit, but it's my home that I'm still breathing in just fine. No need to worry about all my stuff and I. 😉 In NYC it is hard to come by large apartments, reasonable rent, storage, and natural lighting (yes. more than one window is literally a privilege).
