We spent most of our time 50 miles out in the gulf catching snapper and fishing for other species. We cleaned up on trout one evening too. It was beautiful except for the skeeters.

What fan and coil setup did you go with?
There is no coil. This design uses a post tank automotive condenser and fan on a thermostat. It cools the air during long runs which is then trapped by a water trap. The automatic drain off the bottom of the tank takes care of the vast majority of the water.
@ an automotive condenser is a coil. I was wondering which one it is?
@@ArcMetalFab sure, but I was thinking you were referring to the common use of a long copper coil, not a condenser. I got it off summit racing. This video was taken before the final setup. It has a desiccant stage too, now.
Is the aftercooler getting air from the tank? It's supposed to be between the head and the tank...
It is not by design, please read the description.
Awesome sauce! It’s just like a hopper in Minecraft! ❤🎉
Technically offers some valve protection from a tip over, but it is not designed to do so. During normal use, valve protectors are not installed. When stored or for transport you should remove the tool rack. (*****"Valves on compressed gas cylinders shall be protected by covers when being transported or stored, and by a safe location when the cylinders are in use. These standards require that valves on compressed gas cylinders be protected by covers when being transported or stored.")
Beautiful work! So clean ❤🎉

Very good
Gods creation is wonderful!
Happy Anniversary babe! Love you!
So cute! She knows not to hurt that kitty tho 😉
It is going to be fabulous
thank you Brandon! I had to fail out the Pacman lid. Don't have enough clearance in my garage. Going with boring now. But, it will still have this pass through port! 🙂
How do I order this

You have to open the drawer to shut it off? That takes time. Mine runs through a footswitch; lift foot to stop router.
I am not a production shop. Splitting hairs here! Technically I can just use the switch on the wall as it powers the receptacle. I prefer the clean look.
Do you guys do business cards?
I have made etched in paint with a laser, aluminum business cards, yes.

@@MG6Makes let me come up with a final design and I’ll hit ya up. Where are you located?
What type of pipe is that and what kind of connectors do you have on it? The auto turn on blast off thing you have I have one. It’s got duration and frequency adjustments, but it’s at the bottom of the tank.
Hey Brendan, it is an automotive 12v fan assembly that I got off summit racing iirc. Check out the extensive air compressor after cooler thread. After reading all of the thread, discussing with folks there I settled on this after tank design. forum.langmuirsystems.com/t/air-compressor-aftercooler-info-thread/8504/318
Nice job on your table build. I just got mine and would like to do the drag chain as well. What size drag chain did you use, Should be an R# also what length.
2” I believe I got two packages to do the install.
this is what I used: a.co/d/66C2iLT
Info on your cable routing?
What information would you like to know? I purchased the drag chain off amazon. The rack is all custom made brackets with elec. strut.
That's a really nice setup, way better than mine.
thank you!
Fantastic
Thanks

So how bad are your worst low spots? Just 0.0015”? I bought some tables from another name brand, and they’re low by as much as 0.030” in the middle. 😳
I would have to measure again. iirc not enough that it matters to me.
No worries, @@MG6Makes. I was just trying to garner whether Langmuir’s tables are actually any flatter. I have heard from some that they do also have issues being low in the center…
Lots of people are having problems with these. Fireball tool just came out with a new table. I’ll probably look at that instead of these.
So, I gotta tell you a bit of a story, @@ToolCrime. I bought a pair of tables from Primeweld, and they were a mess, but they ended up refunding me, and they really listened to my feedback, and said they would fix the issues and send me a better table on their next batch. These tables (Langmuir, Primeweld, & others in the 24”x36” size @ 145 lbs) are built around the idea that they’ll ship ground, so they have to be light, and light≠rigid. I think the premise is, that for the price, they’re pretty good, but they ARE cheap. My initial quandary was that I have had nothing but trouble with Langmuir’s customer service (on my CNC plasma table), and I knew Primeweld was much better in that department. I wish my tables had been better, but Primeweld COMPLETELY stood behind their product, and they seem committed to ultimately getting it right. I’m not sure whether or not I’m supposed to let the cat out of the bag, but they are also working on a larger heavier table similar to the Fireball offering, but in the meantime, if you need a heavy, flat, rigid table, and you can afford the Fireball options, that is going to be your best bet. Primeweld’s new table is supposed to come out in the summer, and I will have an unbiased review of it on MY channel when they do. I hope MG6Makes is ok with the self-promotion; I initially came here to these comments just completely curious about whether or not I would have been better or worse if I had ordered the Langmuir Systems Arc Flat tables, and before I had even talked to Primeweld about the less than satisfactory tables I had initially received… Anyway, that’s just one perspective, so please take it with a grain of salt.
Primeweld has a table that has the same casting, but the bottom where the kegs go are machines, it’s nitrided, has better legs and actually costs less.
Nice job. How do you find the Razor Weld 45...I have the same Jasic machine, marketed in Australia as a Unimig Razor Cut 45. Be careful of the duty cycle because I'm having issues with it on long cuts. It has 100% DC at 22.5amps, 60% at 34.8amps and only 25% at 45amps. So if you want to cut at 45amps, it can only cut for 2.5 mins in a 10 minute period. One of my recent cuts was over 40 mins, but it actually took over 2 hours in total because I had to dial down the amps (and cutting speed) and I had to keep stopping the program every 5 mins to let the cutter cool down for 5 mins, then go again. My new cutter has arrived, so I'm hoping these issues are behind me now.
Thank you. Mine is only a 33x48 machine, so it would be rather difficult to find a model that would take longer than the duty cycle to cut. I am a hobbyist, not a business. If I were running a business I would have an industrial quality machine with a large Hypertherm 105 cutter. Also, I have mitigation tactics in play with a temperature controlled fan that turns on with the air compressor and blows on the compressor and plasma cutter machine. Also, most of my materials are 11ga ⅛" or thinner and I only need to run the machine at 30-35amps to get dross free quality cuts. The duty cycle from the manual is PLASMA CUT DUTY CYCLE @ 40°C 25% @ 45A. So, I am well within the specification for my use cases.
My table has a cut area of 52" x 52", so I can slide a full sheet onto the table, cut it in half, then set the half sheet on the table. I realise your table is smaller, but if you were cutting an intricate piece, it could take a while. It sounds like you have got things covered with the temperature controlled fan, so that will greatly help with controlling the temperature of the plasma cutter. I started out as a hobbyist, but things sort of grew and grew!!
What metal makes it green?
The plasma goo is green. The product is called Plasma Green 1050. It is a rush inhibitor so the table doesn't get super nasty. I mixed it higher than 5% because when my new tank arrives I'll add more water to the mixture.
