This is because we made 2 batches but just showed us making the one batch for the video. I don't live with my sister so I wanted to make extra to take home with me. We often do this with our recipes that we video.

Hello ladies. As I was watching your video, I paused it to order the pasta attachment for my Kitchenaid mixer. I have arthritis and it's very hard to roll dough that thin manually. Sorry for the late reply. We have never tried freezing the dough, but I asked my mom and she doesn't see a problem with freezing the dough for later use.

Thank you very much! Yes absolutely. We often prepare them and freeze them because we have them on hand on those nights where you don't have much time to cook. Just like cutlets, we do the same thing. Prepare and freeze

No, we only use bread crumbs when we make arancini (these are a bit different, calabrese style).
