Suffering is always a choice on some level, whether conscious or unconscious.
Mjaaa, njaa, well, I got pain in my lower back from an accident, it is not my fault and I can't meditate away the pain and suffer I get off it. 😭 but, mental, I do, suffer, and unnecessary, im, well, depressed. I should just hug a tree and spread my sorrow in the wind. Dogs don't go around and cry about what happen, or will happen...
@@SuperZizzy consciousness is the only reality. Be conscious of being healthy and you will be. It's a hard concept to get your head around initially due to pre-conditioning by our limited human perception. Our body is pure light crystallized into the illusion of form. It can heal anything, instantly.

I find that life works like a "trip". Think too hard about the bad stuff and bad stuff will happen, think about the good of things and good things happen.
So true, I've come close to near instant manifestation in some mental states. That's good or bad things. So the more powerful you get in consciously creating reality the more care you need in constantly monitoring your internal dialog.
