I liked the last point! -If my vote doesn't count, why do they want so bad to take it away? Today, June 26, my "participatory citizenship" urge is focused on rural Ohio, the places that put us in our nightmare by voting 65 to 90 percent Republican until now. With Roe just overturned, the horrid shootings last month, the vicious war by the Republican-supported Putin, and truly terrifying details being exposed by the Jan. 6 hearings, I'm done tolerating these percentages! 65-90 percent of these people are NOT all authoritarians! But the Republican party now is TOTALLY authoritarian. I lived in rural Ohio for a total of almost ten years. I am determined to figure out exactly who the non Fox News people in these red counties are, and to determine what it will take to get them ALL to vote against the Republicans on November 8, and to urge their neighbors to. There are Quaker and Mennonite churches in rural Ohio. Should I go to a service, and then ask the congregation why they won't use little post cards in every rural and small town mailbox, asking to throw out the Republicans? I don't care if as recently as 2020, they voted overwhelmingly for Republicans. I know that can surely be whittled down to about 40 percent now, after all the atrocities we have witnessed since 2020. What will it take to get the good people in rural Ohio to activate? That is my thinking today. Gym Jordan is from the little town of Saint Paris, Ohio, just north of Dayton. I know those towns and back roads very well. I want that horrible bastard thrown out of the US House! I want to visit the people up there and ask them why they are not organizing NOW to throw him out!
