just try to beam clash - a lot of damage when you win. Charge and hold the Kamehameha and wait for his laser attack, which he spams almost always whe his ki hits 3 bars. So basically, charge ki, wait until he has 3 bars of ki, hold the kamehameha ready and release when his animation hits. Beat him like this many times.
