Awesome message Peter! I am currently walking through the shadow of death in a very physical painful recovery from surgery. I called out to God asked after 6 days to take me out of this world. I wrestled with God all that night kinda like Jonah. I woke up the next morning still here! I knew I was walking a dangerous path and repented of my weakness. The Lord was with me this night just 24hrs ago, He didn’t answer my plea and He didn’t leave me nor forsake me✝️ By the Lord not taking me out of my suffering He showed me a way through it and by doing so He showed me that He is not done with me yet! Thanks Peter and the LMM for your encouragement. May God Bless you all.

Great message Joe... I think as we all get a bit older we need to settle this in our hearts and minds. Our past helps to mold us, some good, some not so good, but I have discovered God is in it all. This is one of the best teachings I heard since some time. This is exactly the reason why we experience difficulties in our lives: God cannot bless us when we are on the wrong path. It seems that our self protection is much stronger than our relationship with God. I experienced it when doing pastoral care and mentoring. It’s like having a severe cancer and just putting a plaster on it. It doesn’t help in any way. Like Nathan we have to learn to address even uncomfortable issues because of one reason: Someone can loose his eternal life and God may ask us one day why we kept quiet…
