Josh is good at impressions, however abstract or complex, and just representing people in a real way. He has a particularly strong sense of communication, and is really good at building chemistry. Zac is unbeatable when it comes to being lame, in the best way. He also, I think, has the best comedic timing of the three. Brennan is the most knowledgeable, and can easily hit any softball the others will throw to him. He's also very good at stretching a prompt and keeping a character, however abstract. These guys are awesome.
