Love it Sophie!! I definitely need to do a car refresh. If anyone is interested, Grove Collaborative sells the Go-To Lip balm and they also have some non-toxic car air fresheners. Ouai also does one in the St. Barts scent and it is AMAZING!! This video soo made me want to go to Target!! I think I'm gonna go this weekend so I can pick some stuff up and make a Valentine's Day salad jar, get some cutie gifts, and I think this Sunday Rifle Paper Co. is launching a Target collab, so I'm definitely gonna pickup some goodies! Girl, I was shocked because I make so many of these recipes for my meal preps too!! Chia seed pudding is awesome because you can customize the recipe to your liking, and its so versatile - you can make different recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dessert. Also, you can totally use regular chicken breast to make crockpot White Chicken Chili. I recommend it over bone-in thighs, cause once its cooked you can shred it all in the pot and it freezes well too. I love these types of meal prep recipe videos 🙂

thank you for this vlog, I really enjoyed it. Im gonna make the chia seeds pudding tomorrow but everything looks so yummy. I make the white chilli chicken exactly the same but I add to it cream cheese and have it with cornbread, yum! love from the uk
