In a country where minimum wage is less than $100 usd per week, they are selling homes at the same income as somebody in the USA making $1000 or more usd per week. Some of the finishes and hardware look cheap for the J$29-$32 Million price tag. The house has nice elements but I think its a bit overpriced by J$8 Million. But my opinion is not a fact. Another concern is that windows come with no mosquito screen and mosquitos are rampant especially since its near to the canal.
