I just use my timer on OBS, I believe easy mode is 30-40 seconds, medium is 40-50 seconds, hard is 50-60 seconds and nightmare is 60-70 seconds, but not 100% on this as the ghost can play awkward sometimes.

I know special hunts lock the cupboards, but the first game I don't think was a special hunt, so I was confused 😅

I thought the locked closets was only for those special hunts, but I seemed to have had it in the first game when the ghost was normal hunting?

@MrRizyx acctually you are having special hunt because each unique hunt has unique warning sounds at the beginning of the hunt. I dont remember the unique name of the hunt, but there has 2 hunt that the ghost know your place and the closet is locked (you can check at the journal book to see the infomation) - the ghost moves really fast to you, when the ghost is close to you, the speed of the ghost is slow down. You have to avoid the ghost approaching you. (Basically the same 1 type of ghost in fasmo but idk its ghost name xD) - the second one is weeping angel

@MrRizyx basically, if the closet door is locked, you are facing the special hunt

As you can see that the ghost boy when it close to you, his movement is slow down. Once you are moving further, his movement is speed up

I find the rover never defends me whenever the ghost hunts, not sure if it's something I'm doing wrong or bugged.

Yes, however the ghost can sometimes move depending on the difficulty, although Nightmare I find is the only difficulty where the ghost moves rooms a lot!

Yes but sometimes it's close to the room!! As right before the workshop in abandonned house!! You only have one stain in Nightmare mode. If stain dissapeared, Ghost is not there anymore. Some parts on a house are linked as one. Ecto can still be checked After exorcism!! On Kurosawa I missed it inside an opened cabinet in Katana's room. You Can get EMF & Spirit being bellow or above the room, no verticality to it.

On nightmare it is a lot harder because the tasks and exorcism can take a lot of time to do, and on nightmare time = sanity, so I find myself on 50-60 sanity before I've even got to the exorcism, and then the time consuming running back and forth trying to do the exorcism, I basically find myself losing a lot more on this one, but the map itself is awesome.

If you mean the actual Demon ghost, then it won't ever stop hunting unless you use salt, crucifix or it catches someone. There is no way to know when a ghost has stopped hunting apart from a timer, I believe Easy ghosts are 30 second hunts, normal is 40-45 seconds, hard is 50-55 seconds and nightmare is 60-70 seconds.

The ghost is able to move rooms on Hard mode, but it is very rare.

The new animations are so cool.

Basically run in wirh ecto, scan the walls, if you don't find it rule it out cause it spawns insta and disappears if ghost changes rooms (nightmare diff only) then set up ESG and easel as it's hardest to get and esg increases activity and talk on the spiritbox in the meantime and check UV if ghost touched the lights or doors. Don't use Ouiji board, cards and voodoo doll usually too. Most important thing to buy is cross, but most importantly when you buy some items already that you could lose. Don't take the ghost descriptions too seriously and go mostly of evidence. For real ghost specific things watch Rizix haha
