Hello Gina I so love learning more about you and getting to know you. In Europe we have so many different cookies and every recipe varies by the mama or grandma that is baking them. My grandma used to make the most delicious cookies made from bacon. Yes, bacon and you would be surprised how yummy they were, I remember my grandma used to run them through the old cast iron grinder that you fasten to the table. I recently found a video of one Polish granny making them and I got so happy I will be trying to make them and I know they won't be the same as my grandmas but I am so hoping they will be close. I also love keeping fish but the water these days is pure poison and even though ours is filtered in the whole house my water always ends up green and merky, so I just gave up because i hate torturing animals, I do not know how to take care of them properly and I am not well enough to change the water and wash the tank and all that. Gina, I enjoyed your chat ~ It's so neat that you have such fun hobbies. As a teenager, I had 2 angel fish in a small aquarium. They did very well although there was a lot of maintenance.
