Just as the video starts I get goosebumps and then my whole body become still and without any effort I am taking deep breaths, eyes closed, feeling an immense amount of pressure between my eyebrows and a slight pain on the right side of the frontal lobe. I don't know what it is but feeling different and peaceful.
