He is totally right. I spent my first half of my life being ashamed of being a Christian and kept it to myself but now at 47 years old I have found a new awakening in Christ and don’t care what anyone thinks about me because I have God in my life and I am rich with joy and all others that don’t know Christ are starving to know joy.

Depending on what you rule out and allow to accept within your biased understanding, the truth is hidden or revealed. Take a good example of the case of Edgar Cayce and modern-day prophet of God. Some accept him some reject him, as is always the way. Known as the Sleeping Prophet he would enter a transitory state of mind and pull down information from up on high. One of his most revered prophecies, and there are many, was the second coming starting in association with the date 1998. When that date rolled around too many people quickly rushed to call it a misunderstood or failed prophecy because their expectations were not met the way they perceived events to unfold in their own limited scope of reality. I however know better. That was the start of the "thief in the night" phase of his second coming that is a two staged process, biblically speaking, and the blind masses refuse to see it because it isn't the narrative they wish to see. It will be interesting to see how your friend's statement works out in expanded reality. However, I am sure the blind will see only that which they can regardless of the statement here. We really should be using Scripture to back up the claims of a Seven-year Great Tribulation, a Rapture and whatever else you tossed into the mix. Guys like Hal Lindsey, Scofield's reference Bible, Larkin's Charts and all that is never based on Scripture. Jesus told the Christian that we will have tribulation in our lives "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." During the Dark Ages the Christians of Western Europe and the British Isles suffered tribulation to the tune of some 50,000,000 believers being killed at the hands of the antichrist Papacy. Even owning a portion of the Bible would get a person killed by the Catholic Church. Go read some Church history and Martin Luther; he had no problem identifying the Pope as the antichrist. Revelation 12: 11 "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. 12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them." Then in 17 "And the dragon aka Rome, was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ." This has occurred back then. And Christians who hold to the testimony of Jesus Christ, who obey the Law of God and who resist the world and it's evil will be continually under attack. Today these attacks are not usually "unto death" but a person may be ostracized, humiliated and slandered by the people of the world. Did you know that gossip and slander are known as "slow murder"? I know this first hand, it is painful but survivable.

I also have had tons of nightmares. I'm not sure if it's the side effect of my medicines or what but God impressed upon my spirit one night to always sleep with the Holy Bible beside my pillow. Sometimes if nightmares still happen that way I place the Bible right under my pillow with my head on it. This has stopped my nightmares actually. Try it too brother. In that dream I was in a second inside a space ship looking vehicle where Jesus was also in it. This dream seems to explain the drone-looking transport vehicles in the skies these days. A post tribulation rapture does not make sense. Think about it, why would God put his beloved children through his wrath? There's no way. It does not sound like the God I know from the bible and in my heart.
