BUYER BEWARE!!! We had the company out for a quote at the end of May and decided to go ahead with the project for our back yard to the tune of about 10K. They told us they would call to schedule in the next 4-5 weeks. We were fine with that. We paid the 10% down payment through their finance company and proceeded to wait for installation. The first week of July we had some things come up and decided to hold off on the project. Nothing had been scheduled, nothing was ordered, they had not contacted us to begin our project. They sent me a form to sign and it seemed like a pretty easy cancellation, we were grateful for the ease and had every intention of resuming the project when we were ready. Come to find out, they never refunded the 10%. We contacted the company and asked for a refund and were told that it needed to be sent to corporate for approval. ANOTHER week goes by and we are still getting calls every day from the finance company looking for payment. I contacted customer service again and stated that we were still getting constant calls from them regarding payment and again asking about the status of the refund. Their immediate reply was that we did not cancel within 3 days so we would not be getting a refund according to the contract. So they want us to pay $1000 for absolutely nothing. This is shady business practice at very least. There are plenty of much more reputable companies out there that provide this service at much better prices and with much more reasonable terms.

Fake grass for a fake city.

Southern Nevada water Authority wants you to remove your grass and use less water while at the same time mega mansions are going up like mark Walberg s 28,000 qt !

No wonder nothing gets done know ones commenting ! The water needs to turned back on at the Badlands Golf property it shouldn't have been turned off in the first place ! My suggestion is to start from the original zoning code for this property then you'll find the start of the yellow brick road to your destiny ! But from what I'm hereing the original zoning can't be found go figure !

Unfortunately I had a bad installation experience I cannot get resolved locally, can someone from corporate contact me. I have pictures of the issues (on my 15K) job in AZ, and have had 6 visits now over 4 weeks with next to no regard for damages and weeks of dealing with installation and crew members who don’t communicate or even call when coming. I don’t want to air it all out in a post, just looking for resolution. My name is Nick Malloy
