What utter bollocks! A 4 engined bomber sounding like a demented 2 stroke motorbike doing violent aerobatics. What's next? Jet engine powered models of the Queen Mary towing towers of waterskiing squirrels? Ridiculous beyond belief. pathetic.
I guess they were after a scale model and at flying test realized it had too much power. Too fast for scale contest. Better enter aerobatics category. Amazing model though.
It was built solely and entirely as a stunt plane. Also interesting - this is the SECOND version of the B-17, the first having been built in 94-95. It is probably a better scale plane than most people have ever built, but as far as I know it was never entered in a scale contest.
@@Toscanto This was not Orestes, this was Paul. 3-time WC and 3-time NATS champ Bill Werwage was the launcher, the "battery man" and engineering assistance was multi-time combat flier Howard Rush, "handle caddy" was World Champ and 14-time NATs champ David Fitzgerald.

Не розумію чому копія бомбардувальника виконує фігури вищого пілотажу , таке враження , що пілот копіїст переплутав класи моделей .
Mightliy inpressive 🙂
Paul Walker was one of my dads friends. I remember seeing his collection of planes. He must have had over 30 planes hanging in his garage.
Boy, do I have mixed emotions about this...🤨
wow great ship and great flying

F2B?
Yes F2 B
I flew those when I was young. Never did anything like that.
It's not F4B class... 😂😅
BRAVO !!!
Best Stunt Ship ever!
Pretty stupid video, a scale b17 flying speed acrobatics, what a dumb ass.
Incredible.

That model was built for stunt.
@@robinboucherwonderfulflight That is true.
There is a control line scale class. Some very impressive models there.

I wasn’t really expecting the aerobatics !!
It was the CL Stunt (Aerobatics) World Championship, and a magnificent undertaking.
Gorgeous airplane, thank you for posting
Amazing!
We are not worthy
the best four engine stunt model i have ever seen
However too fast, it's not good to see
Alan husband Bowden winner 2004 ?
Needs more power lol.
I was thinking more cowbell.
No, it did not! 4 OS 15FPs on a central bladder and regulators are *plenty* of power.
Actor Paul Walker or another Paul Walker???
Pilote Orestes équipe usa
Paul is an ex Boeing engineer I believe. Super nice guy. Lives in Washington state

This is Fantastic - thanks for sharing.
