Dang not many female vocalists can sing like Darby but this total babe pulled it off with perfection great band Headpins is one of these band that never got the recognition they deserved, so underrated. I’m happy that their music is still being praised and appreciated and played. Great job

It seems you cats play various tunes that showcase each members unique chops. Quite good I might add.

Done well, but mixed terribly. Could barely hear the vocals or the bass, plus the drum kit sounded muddled a bit. Band seams to have chops and I dig the vibe. Great choice for a retro, “wayback” tune. Now let’s talk about the singers fantastic hair. I’m a 56 year old 80s “long hair” myself. As a guy I’ve always wanted to be able to grow my hair long and strait, one length. Over the decades, having kids, different jobs meant I had to cut my hair. Not to mention a head injury which required my melon to need to be cracked open (my brain was, in fact, inside). But I have usually been able to get a good six moths of growth going. Ian Astbury, from the Cult, was my hair crush from the 80s. All my other long hair compatriots liked their hair BIG with a can of Aqua Net. As for my choice of the hair style on the “girls”, as long as it was black, brown or red, or even natural blond, I dug it. I didn’t lean towards the bleached look. Odd though, I did dig on dyed hair if any color. But don’t mind me, I might be the idiot my wife claims that I am. Great job on the cover. Thank you for this

I remember seeing Streetheart, Helix and the Headpins on December 31, 1983 at Northlands Colosseum in Edmonton Alberta. Kenny and the boys put on a great show. I was at, what would be Kenny's Last show in Sherwood Park on July 1, 2017. Very sad. We grew up loving Streetheart music and going to see them so many times. Still love the Albums and spin them on the turntable quite often. Even have a Spider Guitar pick. Great Band. Great songs. Under my Thumb remake is far better then the Rolling Stones version.
