The only thing I wish you would’ve explained for beginners was that in between each step of a French seam you really need to press/iron that seem so it’s perfect then move onto the next step. If you don’t press in between the steps of a French seam it may or may not turn out right.

Beautiful work <3, so how many layers do you need at the end for the skirt? 1 full circle skirt lining, 2 full circle skirt tulle, and 2 long rectangle of the strawberry tulle with the bottom ruffle??

I'm currently making a'' Belle's peasent dress'' too you did an amazing job.Only big difference is i made a petticoat and its gonna be a tie up instead of a zipper.

The dress turns out so gorgeous . I love getting vintage bed sheets from thrift stores and turn them into 1950s style dresses. And I get excited when I see other people using same idea to make beautiful garments too .
