Hey everyone, welcome back to Marily’s Kitchen! Today, we’re making these absolutely delicious lemon sugar cookies. They’re soft, chewy, and have a bright, zesty lemon flavor that’s perfect for any occasion.

ingredients
* 150 grams sugar
* Zest of 2 lemons
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 2 large eggs, room temperature
* 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
* 256 grams all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 100 grams granulated sugar for rolling
* 90 grams powdered sugar for rolling
First, we’ll cream together the sugar and lemon zest until fragrant. Then, we’ll add in the wet ingredients: the eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice. Once that’s combined, we’ll gently fold in the dry ingredients.
Now, it’s time to shape our cookies. We’ll roll them in granulated sugar, then in powdered sugar for that beautiful, crackly top.
Pop them into the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
And there you have it! Our lemon sugar cookies are ready. They’re perfect with a cup of tea or coffee, or as a little treat for your loved ones.

Hallo zusammen und willkommen zurück in Marilys Küche! Heute backen wir diese absolut köstlichen Zitronenzuckerkekse. Sie sind weich, saftig und haben einen hellen, spritzigen Zitronengeschmack, der perfekt für jeden Anlass ist.
Also, wenn ihr bereit seid, mit mir zu backen, schnappt euch eure Zutaten und los geht's!
Zutaten:
* 150 Gramm Zucker
* Abrieb von 2 Zitronen
* 1/2 Teelöffel Vanilleextrakt
* 2 große Eier, Zimmertemperatur
* 2 Esslöffel frischer Zitronensaft
* 256 Gramm Allzweckmehl / Weizenmehl Type 405
* 1 Teelöffel Backpulver
* 1/4 Teelöffel Salz
* 100 Gramm Kristallzucker zum Wälzen
* 90 Gramm Puderzucker zum Wälzen
Zuerst verrühren wir den Zucker und den Zitronenabrieb, bis es duftet. Dann geben wir die feuchten Zutaten hinzu: die Eier, Vanille und den Zitronensaft. Sobald das vermischt ist, heben wir vorsichtig die trockenen Zutaten unter.
Jetzt ist es an der Zeit, unsere Kekse zu formen. Wir wälzen sie in Kristallzucker und dann in Puderzucker für diese schöne, knisternde Oberfläche.
Ab in den Ofen damit bei 180 Grad Celsius für 10-15 Minuten oder bis sie goldbraun sind.
Und da sind sie! Unsere Zitronenzuckerkekse sind fertig. Sie sind perfekt zu einer Tasse Tee oder Kaffee oder als kleiner Leckerbissen für eure Lieben.
Diese Kekse sind so weich, saftig und voller Zitronengeschmack. Ich hoffe, ihr habt genauso viel Spaß beim Backen wie ich.

Ces biscuits citron-sucre sont moelleux, fondants et pleins de saveurs. Mélangez le sucre et le zeste de citron, ajoutez les œufs, la vanille et le jus de citron. Incorporez les ingrédients secs (farine, levure chimique, sel), formez les biscuits, roulez-les dans le sucre semoule puis le sucre glace. Cuire au four à 180 °C pendant 10 à 15 minutes jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient dorés. Parfaits avec du thé, du café. N'oubliez pas d'aimer, de commenter, de vous abonner et de taguer !

Questi biscotti al limone e zucchero sono morbidi, si sciolgono in bocca e sono pieni di sapore. Mescola lo zucchero e la scorza di limone, aggiungi le uova, la vaniglia e il succo di limone. Incorpora gli ingredienti secchi (farina, lievito in polvere, sale), forma i biscotti e passali prima nello zucchero semolato e poi nello zucchero a velo.
